CAGS is a family-owned company, and family businesses have been around for decades. We've been manufacturing in Turkey since 1982, and we intend to be here for a long time yet. That is exactly why responsibility and sustainability matter to how we work.

We're not claiming to have solved everything. No manufacturer honestly can. But we can tell you what we do, what we're working towards, and why.
Natural materials, by design
Some of the most meaningful sustainability choices in our industry happen at the raw-material level, and several of our core products are built around natural fibres.
Rice paper
A thin, light paper made from renewable plant sources for a clean, purist experience.
Unbleached / brown paper
Paper left unwhitened, avoiding the bleaching step entirely for a natural, chemical-free result.
Bleached white papers & adhesives
For classic white papers and tubes, we use high-grade ECF and TCF bleaching processes that avoid harmful chlorine dioxins. Glue seams are applied using micron-precise, food-grade, tasteless adhesives.
Responsible sourcing
- Fibre sourcing: We select high-purity natural fibres including organic hemp, bamboo, rice, and unbleached wood pulp to reduce environmental impact.
- Chemical-free processing: Our unbleached ranges skip chemical treatment stages, preserving natural wood lignins and fibres.
- Supplier standards & traceability: We work directly with verified suppliers to maintain strict quality controls, batch consistency, and compliance with international trade and environmental regulations.
Responsible operations
- Waste & materials: High-precision automated paper-cutting and tube-assembly machinery reduces offcut waste during production.
- Energy & efficiency: Continuous investment in modern production techniques helps optimize energy consumption per unit manufactured.
- Packaging: We offer bulk wholesale and private-label packaging options using recyclable cardboard, slim magnet-close booklets, and optimized box dimensions to reduce shipping volume and transport footprint.
- Continuous improvement: We regularly assess production parameters, paper porosity, and material efficiency to improve operational sustainability.

Sustainability and responsibility are inseparable from how we operate in a regulated sector. We sell strictly business-to-business to verified commercial entities, enforce a strict age-restriction policy with no sale to minors under 18, make no unauthorized health claims, and maintain regulatory compliance across every market we supply.
