How We Work

A clear path from your first enquiry to product on your shelf

Working with a manufacturer should not feel like a black box. Whether you are placing a wholesale order, launching a private-label brand, or exploring distribution for the first time, you should know exactly what happens at each stage, what is expected of you, and when.

This is how CAGS works, the same process we have refined over more than 40 years of manufacturing in Turkey and supplying partners worldwide. It is built to be straightforward for first-time buyers and flexible enough for established partners who already know what they want.

The process at a glance

  • Enquiry & consultation: You tell us what you need; we advise on what is possible.
  • Quotation: Pricing, MOQ, and lead times tailored to your project.
  • Design & approval: Artwork and packaging mock-ups for sign-off on private-label work.
  • Sampling: Approve the real product before committing to a full run.
  • Production: Manufacturing in our own facilities to international standards.
  • Quality control: Every order checked against specification.
  • Dispatch & delivery: Worldwide shipment with export documentation handled.
  • After-sales support: We stay involved after the order ships.

Step 1 - Enquiry & consultation

It starts with a conversation. Tell us what product you are interested in, where you will sell it, your estimated volumes, and whether the goal is a standard wholesale order or your own private-label brand.

Our team uses this to advise on feasibility and recommend specifications. Decades of manufacturing mean we can often suggest a better material, size, or filter for your market than the one you arrived with.

Step 2 - Quotation

You receive a clear quote covering pricing, minimum order quantity, and lead times matched to your project. Because we manufacture in-house, our pricing reflects the factory directly rather than a middleman margin.

We also offer structured volume-based pricing breaks, helping emerging brands scale more efficiently into larger distribution volumes.

Step 3 - Design & approval

If you are building your own brand, this is where it takes shape. We work with you on artwork, branding, and packaging, preparing print-ready mock-ups for approval before anything is produced.

Step 4 - Sampling

Before a full production run, we produce samples where required so you can approve the real, physical product, not just a drawing. You check the quality, the feel, the print, and the packaging in your own hands.

Product and packaging samples are typically prepared and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days depending on custom artwork and material specifications.

Step 5 - Production

Approved orders move into manufacturing in our own facilities in Turkey. In-house production is the core of how we keep quality consistent because we control the line settings, raw materials, and tolerances on every run.

Standard production cycles typically run between 3 to 5 weeks following sample sign-off, depending on order volume, packaging complexity, and product-line requirements.

Step 6 - Quality control

Every order is checked against its specification before it leaves us, including dimensions, appearance, count, and packaging. For private-label and export orders, we also verify packaging, labelling, and mandatory warnings against the approved proof and destination-market requirements.

Step 7 - Dispatch & worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide, drawing on more than 40 years of export experience and Turkey's position between Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We handle the export documentation and market-specific labelling that keep cross-border shipments moving through customs.

We accommodate standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP, with customs declaration support and duty-free supply options where trade agreements apply.

Step 8 - After-sales support

The order shipping is not the end of the relationship. CAGS supports partners with production, operations, marketing communication, and after-sales because we want repeat partners, not one-off buyers.

What we'll need from you

To keep things moving, having a few basics ready will help us quote faster and give you a more accurate timeline.

  • Your target market or markets and any regulatory requirements you already know.
  • Your estimated volumes.
  • For a private label, your brand assets such as logo or artwork, or a brief so we can help create them.
  • A clear point of contact for approvals such as design sign-off and sample sign-off.
