How to Order from CAGS

Ready to order? Here's exactly how it works.

If you already know what you want, this page explains how to place an order with CAGS, including who we sell to, minimum quantities, payment, samples, delivery and reorders.

If you'd first like to understand the full journey from idea to shelf, see How We Work. If you're ready to move, start here.

B2B only

CAGS is a trade-only manufacturer and supplier. We supply registered businesses acting in a professional capacity, not individual consumers.

As part of onboarding, we may ask for proof of business registration and any relevant import, distribution or resale licences required in your market.

Who we work with

  • Distributors and wholesalers.
  • Retailers and retail chains, including exclusive or house brands.
  • Importers entering or expanding in the category.
  • Established brands sourcing manufacturing or private label.
  • Entrepreneurs launching a new tobacco-accessory brand.

To order, you must be a registered business acting in a professional capacity, be at least 18 years of age, and hold all import, distribution and resale licences required for tobacco products in your market.

These standard Know Your Customer checks help us process your order without delay.

How to place an order

  1. Get in touch. Send an enquiry through the contact form or distributorship form with your product interest, target market and estimated volume.
  2. Verification and quote. We complete quick KYC and compliance checks, then confirm product specification, MOQ, pricing and lead times.
  3. Approve samples if required. For private label and first orders, approve the physical product before full production.
  4. Confirm and pay. Approve the quote and arrange payment per the agreed terms. Your order is accepted once CAGS issues written order confirmation.
  5. Production and delivery. We manufacture in-house, run final quality checks and arrange global shipment with full export documentation.

One point of contact, all the way through. Start step 1.

Minimum order quantity

MOQ depends on the product type, level of customisation and packaging format. A standard catalogue product and a fully custom private-label run have different minimums.

Because we manufacture in-house, we can stay flexible, including for brands testing a market for the first time. We confirm your exact MOQ, price tiers and volume breaks with your quote.

Approve before production

For private-label projects and many first orders, we provide samples so you can approve the real, physical product before committing to a full production run.

Samples may be subject to a sample and courier charge, with a typical turnaround of 5 to 10 business days.

Factory-direct pricing and agreed terms

Pricing reflects the factory directly with no middleman margin and improves with volume. Prices are quoted in the agreed transaction currency and exclude taxes, duties, customs charges, freight and insurance unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods: Advance Payment by bank transfer (T.T.), Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, or Documentary Collection (D/P), as agreed.
  • Payment terms: Agreed individually for each buyer and confirmed on the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
  • Charges: All bank charges, transfer fees and currency-conversion costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Export-ready handover

CAGS supplies on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Your order is made available for collection at our facility in Turkey, and you or your appointed freight forwarder arranges transport, insurance and customs clearance from that point.

  • Delivery terms (Incoterms 2020): Ex Works (EXW). Risk and cost pass to the buyer once the goods are made available for collection.
  • Transport and insurance: Arranged by the buyer or the buyer's transport company.
  • Export documentation: We prepare the standard documents to support your shipment, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other agreed certificates where applicable.
  • Lead times: Samples 5 to 10 business days; standard orders 15 to 30 business days; private-label or custom orders 30 to 60 business days, confirmed with your quote.

For full delivery and risk-transfer terms, see our Terms & Conditions.

Fast repeat orders

Repeat orders are simple because your specification stays on file, so a reorder can move straight to confirmation and production.

As an existing partner, you also have ongoing after-sales support for adjustments, new products or scaling up in your market.

What to have ready

  • Your target market or markets and any known regulatory requirements.
  • Estimated order volume.
  • Product specification, or a brief so we can advise.
  • For private label: brand assets such as logo or artwork, or a design brief.
  • Your business or trade licence and tobacco import-permit details, where required for your market.
