2. How We Use Your Business Contact Data

CAGS may process business contact information (name, job title, company, work email, phone) for B2B marketing and commercial communications on the following lawful bases:

4. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days. After opting out, you may still receive transactional communications related to existing orders or contractual obligations.

5. Suppression List Management

CAGS maintains an active suppression list of all opt-out requests. Once you have unsubscribed, your details are added to our suppression list and will not be used for further marketing communications. We do not remove opt-outs from our suppression list unless you actively re-subscribe.
